Farewell and happy birthday to Steph! No stupid laundry detergent assumptions!

COFFEE TIME AGAIN! I went to Delta at 2:10 for Steph’s farewell / birthday dinner. Havarti was excited to see me, Fraser wanted to watch DORY for a bit on TV, and then Fraser called me “A-ma.” He is definitely communicating more now! (“mama / mo / yeah / no” plus gibberish) Harmony noticed his “I’m going to be a big brother” shirt first, as Steph and Lisa had predicted earlier. Ayler asked us if he could have beer, haha. NO! We had duck wings, grapefruit India Pale Ale (not for the kids!), ice cream birthday cake from Marble Factory, pork tenderloin in tomato sauce, squash, teriyaki chicken wings, tomatoes, coleslaw, deluxe hamburger patties, choy (Chinese veggies), pepperoncini Kettle chips, sour cream and onion potato chips, and the Dare chocolate chip cookie-chips. I got home at 8:30 after waiting for a 301 bus longer than I thought. The Canucks played the Flyers at 7 tonight, and lost 3-2.

Also, apparently my dad thinks I don’t know how to use liquid laundry detergent (which I’ve been using for exactly twelve years, since 2005…), and also thinks that my sister needs company on the five-minute drive back from dropping me off at the bus stop after dinner. I can read directions on the bottle, and my sister is not going to DIE if she drives by herself.

Random stuff from Mom and Dad: Catelli Garden Select Parmesan and Romano pasta sauce, a “15 and 2” Krispy Roll (???), a Chinese “12 Grain Crispi Roll” (???), a chocolate heart, Carnaby marshmallow hearts, two brown toffee candies of unknown vintage, a coconut-flavored Chinese candy, a white Anthelios XL baseball hat which advertises MySkinCheck.ca, a giant Dreamworks Trolls milk chocolate heart, and a Carnation hot chocolate packet which was included with the giant milk chocolate heart.

Catelli Garden Select Parmesan and Romano pasta sauce! The Six-Vegetable recipe contains tomatoes, carrots, onion, celery, garlic, parsley, and green Bell peppers!

A giant Dreamworks Trolls milk chocolate heart!
